This video shows how to extend system C: drive by shrinking the contiguous data drive.
If you want to resize C: drive by taking free space from noncontiguous data partition, please refer how to resize and move partition.
Instead, there is an easier way, no matter which drive you want to resize, you just need to "select" without dragging and moving by yourself. Please refer "Allocate Free Space".
If you cannot get enough free space from ONE partition, you can shrink two or more partitions at the same time to extend C drive, please refer "Extend Partition Wizard" feature.
